剧情介绍：
冬夜，成千上万名中阳纺织集团公司的上访职工聚集在公司大院，他们冲破保安的阻拦蜂拥着要在当夜到市政府去讨个说法，为企业一年多的停工、停产、停发工资市长李高成得悉这一情况连夜赶到事发现场，他倾听了职工代表对公司领导腐败行为的控诉李高成下决心一定要彻底调查，不料他的决定遭到了妻子的全力反对。随着调查工作的展开，一桩桩触目惊心的事实摆在了他的面前：一个是当年提拨自己的老领导，一个是朝夕相处的妻子，还有中阳纺织集团那个他选定的班子。但最终，李高成选择了真理和正义。
